RESIDE OUTSIDE THE US:

Ensure you have your systems default Language set to English (US).

Error Message	Solution
Unable to Connect to MCP	1. The Game Might be down, Check forums 2. Uninstall Inner Sphere Wars, download new version of Installer, and Reinstall.                                          ISWARS DOWNLOAD 3. If you are installing for the first time, create a file called nm4path.txt in the C:/Program Files/Inner Sphere Wars directory.  Inside the text file, put the path of your Mechwarrior Directory or if you don't have Mechwarrior Installed... put C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Mechwarrior Mercenaries.
Unable Install ISWars (missing dll's)	1. Download and run Support Files                                          ISWars Support Files

TROUBLESHOOTING

If ISW fails to Launch properly or returns a runtime error when you are trying to run it, You should try to launch ISW a few times to make sure you can duplicate the Error. Once you are sure this error will not go away then it is important to take a screenshot of this error and send that to comstar@iswars.com

The absolute wrong thing to do is get files from other players. This action will cause File Donor's and Recipients to be locked out by the ISW Security System.

While you are waiting for a response from Comstar you can download the ISW Support file from the Website. Extract the Files and run the Setup.exe program. Follow the prompts, keeping any files that are more up to date.

RESTART ISW. If this fixes the problem please send an email to Comstar@iswars.com and let him know. Also if your problem is fixed, please post this in the Forums in the Bug Reports area, with what the error was, and that the ISW-DEP.zip install fixed it.
